Organised in partnership with the Association of Graduates of Al Akhawayn University of Ifrane (UAI), this edition will see 11 students representing ESAV Marrakech, ISMAC Rabat, the American University of Cairo and Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, competing for the grand prize.

For this edition, 104 students from 28 different institutions submitted their applications, resulting in the receipt of 31 films, indicates a press release from the UAI, noting that a selection committee, composed of four cinema professors from various institutions, determined the official selection, announced on 7 March.

This unmissable event for young cinema talents in Morocco gives them the opportunity to meet the jury chaired by Meryem Benm'Barek, a director with 11 international awards for her film Sofia, and composed of Abdenbi El Benioui, an international actor recognised for his role in “Le Mont Moussa”, as well as the director Anass El Gad, adds the press release.
